Google transfers data to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection. In addition, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR have been agreed. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
