Who am I?
A human being, a leader, a mentor
Based in Mannheim I have been working in leadership roles in international business for many years—with teams ranging from just a few employees to over 200 people in global organizations.
I took on my first formal leadership role in 2006 at a globally operating IT company. However, my first experiences with leadership date back much earlier—to the mid-1990s.
Since then, I have led, built, and developed national and international teams in a variety of contexts.
In parallel, I have been supporting people for many years—across teams and departments—as a mentor and sparring partner in their personal and professional development.”

What has shaped me
For me, leadership has never been just a matter of structure, processes, or achieving goals.
With growing experience, it became increasingly clear to me:
Good leadership does not come from more control—but from greater awareness.
In many organizations, I see an increasing focus on performance, efficiency, and speed.
In the process, three things often fade into the background:
The consequences are often visible:
My perspective on leadership
Often, the cause of these developments is sought within the
team.
I believe the decisive perspective lies elsewhere.
Leadership does not begin with the employee—but with the leader themselves.
This is not about blame. It is about responsibility.
The responsibility for how I think, how I decide, and how I relate to my environment.
Why Mindful Leadership
In recent years—especially during an intense phase of personal development—I began to fundamentally question my way of leading once again.
This phase was challenging, clarifying, and formative at the same time.
The combination of:
many years of leadership experience
and personal transformation
has fundamentally changed my perspective on modern leadership.
This is how my approach to Mindful Leadership emerged.
Not as a method—but as a mindset.
A form of leadership that brings together clarity, awareness, and impact.
How I work
I support leaders and entrepreneurs in reconnecting with their inner clarity—and leading effectively and authentically from that place.
This is not about short-term motivation or quick fixes.
It’s about sustainable change in thinking, decision-making, and action.
