First Contact

The first meeting is intended to identify the challenges you are facing. It also helps us determine whether and how a collaboration could take shape. You decide whether you would like to pursue mentoring, coaching, or both.

At this stage, the focus is not on going into depth, but rather on finding out whether there is a good “fit” between us.

In addition, we will discuss what a sensible timeline could look like and schedule the initial sessions.

In a personal conversation, we will work together to understand where you currently stand, what your current challenges are, and where you want to develop.

Be prepared for very intense and honest communication. Let’s find out what truly matters to you and where you are directing your energy today.

I promise you new perspectives on old patterns and the occasional “aha” moment.

There will be transparent communication, including both light and shadow, as both are part of the process.

Even though it should go without saying, I would still like to mention it: everything we discuss will remain confidential.

Based on your current situation and your development goals, we will create a plan to get you there.

You define the milestones and the pace at which you want to move forward.
It will be YOUR plan, and it should fit you—and only you.

Instead of a “one-size-fits-all” approach, it will be tailored and individual.


The work as such

During the agreed period, we will meet at the scheduled times to review where you are on your journey, what current topics or challenges are present, and how support should look in that moment.
